Enlightened thinking

The first tenet is the foundation of the spiritual life. In order to succeed in liberating ourselves from ignorance and self-deception, we have to have no doubt whatsoever that we have to be free more than anything.

Restoring Order to Prominence

How can we determine who among us are potential leaders with qualities? Instead of guessing or listening to what political fortune hunters have to say, we may simply look at people’s active social service record, their lifestyle, their general way of interacting with others. In short; we may try to get an understanding about the basic values that move us in life. People who consistently put subtle human values into action should be encouraged and supported to take up leadership in their locality and at higher levels.

Power

Crowns have passed through thousands of kings and queens, each different from the previous. Like the pendulum of a clock, power swings from one side to the other in an endless passing of time. It creates a balance between two opposing forces – each side relying on the other to maintain order.

Neither side is entirely right or wrong, but neither side can relent. If the pendulum ceases to sway, the clock ceases to function.
